People with sensitivities to any listed ingredient should not use the product. In case you are in doubt always try an allergy patch test and if at any time irritation occurs, discontinue use of the product.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS: Due to the nature of our business, we do not accept any returns once the package is opened. If you received the wrong order send us an email immediately and do not open the soap. Once you open the product, we can not accept it for return or refund. Our soap products are very personal items and we are sure you understand why we can not accept returns.
What is your returns & exchange policy?
Due to the hand crafted and small batch nature of our products, I do not accept returns or exchanges. I offer mini/trial sizes of all of my products so you can try before splurging on a full size.
The ingredients are posted with each product listing, so if you have allergies, sensitivities or a question, email me before you make the purchase.
I do want you to be happy with your Seventh Sojourn experience, and if for any reason you are not, contact me and I'll find a solution.
Open and inspect your box immediately when it arrives. Any damage must be reported within 2 business days. If an item arrives damaged: save the original packaging, snap a photo of the issue and email it to email@example.com. Damaged, defective, or incorrect products will be replaced at no cost to you.
Why does my soap look different than the last time I ordered it?
Because it's handmade, hand-poured, and hand-cut using all-natural ingredients which means that colors, patterns, and shape can and do vary from batch to batch. Rest assured I will never alter the forumula or scent blend in any way without stating this on the item description.
Soaps are cold processed and not affected by temperature.
Skin care products should be kept at room temperature to avoid melting/freezing
Please take your climate conditions into consideration before ordering because although I securely seal and package your products, I can not be responsible for loss or damage due to conditions outside of my control such as outdoor temperature, delivery conditions, or delivery locations.
Soaps do not have a shelf life and in fact, just get better and better with age.
Use unopened lotion, oil, or deodorant within one year of purchase.
Use opened lotion, oil, or deodorant within six months of opening.
Store your products in a cool, dry place and avoid exposure to direct sunlight.
Products and statements have not been evaluated by the FDA.
My products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Don't use a product if you have any known allergy or sensitivity to any of the ingredients listed.
